Arriving back at camp we learnt that the 1st rule of tent camping is - that even if the weather forecast calls for sunny weather all week, it hasn’t rained in months, it will rain on your camping trip, or rather it will pour, there will be torrential rains and hail at your camp site, even if all around it barely drizzled.
